- One-quarter cup (each) of orange juice and freshly snipped cilantro
- One-quarter cup (each) of lime juice and canola oil
- One-eighth teaspoon of black ground pepper
- One-quarter teaspoon of salt
- Two teaspoons of freshly minced jalapeno pepper
